If you've ever felt overwhelmed with a renovation or DIY project then this podcast is perfect for you. Every episode centres around a specific area like flooring or lighting and with the help of professionals, Laura debunks common issues and gives insider tips and tricks.
Huberman Lab with Andrew Huberman
Now this one can get quite intense at times (and some of them are LOOONG!) BUT they are fascinating and full of facts. Ranging from topics like stress eating & aging to learning & speaking languages, its all about how our brain connects with the organs in our body and controls our perceptions, behaviours and health.
Desert Island Discs with Lauren Laverne
You'll all know this one already we're sure but its just such a lovely one we couldn't miss it out. A particularly wonderful listen recently featured Lesley Manville, Oscar nominated actress from The Phantom Thread.
