Returns Policy

Returns
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Please return the item (with original paperwork) to the address at the bottom of your packing slip. The items must be unworn, unwashed and without any make up marks with all original tags intact.
Please inspect any item you order from us on receipt as unless we have been given prior notice that the item is faulty we can only accept refunds or exchanges in their original condition. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will NOT include any delivery charges you have paid.  
We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if you are in any means of breach of our returns policy. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange the item, send us an email at watsonandwhite@gmail.com

Jewellery items (ie. earrings etc) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty due to hygiene issues.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
