If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Please return the item (with original paperwork )to the address at the bottom of this page. The items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags intact.
Please inspect any item you order from us on receipt as unless we have been given prior notice that the item is faulty we can only accept refunds or exchanges in their original condition. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will NOT include any delivery charges you have paid.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if you are in any means of breach of our returns policy. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Jewellery items (ie. earrings etc) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty due to hygiene issues.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
